Bring your own terminology

Dedicated plans can upload internal procedure codes, formularies, registry terms, and other custom systems, then extract or semantically search against them like built-ins.

Uploads are asynchronous. The API returns 202 Accepted while embeddings generate in the background. Poll the code-system detail endpoint until the status is ready or failed.

Custom systems are not indexed for keyword text search. Use semantic search when querying custom terminology.
